This is a 12-week programme designed to ensure that you experience sustained and more effective results. The training program involves a combination of both cardio and strength training whether you’d like to lose some excess fat or gain muscle mass, it’s achievable. The plan targets all the major problem areas such as the thighs and glutes, stubborn arm fat, the waist-line and stomach area.

There’s no better time than now to start working on your dream body. :). The training program can accommodate any lifestyle. It can be done from the comfort of your own home or from the gym. The eating plan is a plan that I personally designed and adjust accordingly to accommodate your needs, dietary requirements, goals etc…

The programme is at R500 per month. In total it will add up to R1500 for the entire 12-week programme. This includes the consultation fee, training and eating program as well as, 24hour online coaching. With the fee paid I’m at your service for the entire 12 weeks with regards to your training and eating plan.  In addition, I offer glutes & legs and abs/core programs separately.
